IMPORTANT: You must send Broadened Horizons your bed controller handheld pendant to be custom integrated. Please expect a minimum of 2 weeks for scheduling, engineering, technical implementation, and testing. Expedited service with overnight shipping both ways may be available on request. Since we do not have your bed, we cannot do a complete final test but instead must simulate your bed. In one case so far out of maybe 30 beds we have had to have the pendent shipped back to us a second time to make a small change. While rare, you may want to plan for this contingency or even purchase a second used handheld pendant/remote for your bed.

I use this switch as a substitute for my left mouse button since I have advanced Duchenne muscular dystrophy. It works fantastic for my needs and last about 2 years before needing to be replaced.
I’m a C-5 incomplete quadriplegic and believe this helped my wife and I successfully have a child.
I cannot use my arms due to multiple sclerosis. I was using a mobile on support in OT and it made a huge difference. Using this device I am now able to feed myself and put on make up. It’s giving me some independence. I brought it into OT and it works just as well as the one I was using there.
