Alternative Financing Programs (AFP) are funded by the federal government under title III of the Assistive Technology Act of 1998 (P.L. 105-394) . Access to Telework Loan programs are funded under the New Freedom Initiative.
RESNA Alternative Financing Technical Assistance Project (AFTAP) is a project sponsored by the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) under Title III of the Assistive Technology Act of 1998 and under the New Freedom Initiative and provides technical assistance to State Financial Loan Programs.
