Joysticks can be used with either hand, D-Pad best used with left-hand thumb or can be used with right hand pinky finger. 100% game compatibility. Perfect for amputees & stroke.

For users with Muscular Dystrophy we can optionally switch adapt all eight buttons plus start, select, and the analog mode button on request.

The buttons L1, L2, R1 and R2 are mounted vertically within the central gap to actuate with middle fingers
