Veteran Scuba Diving with DiveHeart using Comfort Carrier in Cozumel, Mexico.

I just happen to crossed this video when I was researching possible opportunities to go snorkeling or scuba diving in Cozumel. Was not I surprised when I notice they used by Comfort Carrier to lift him down into the water about 2 minutes, 45 seconds into the video. Later you see it remains wrapped around him while he is down under the water stabilizing his legs and providing handles for those helping to grab a hold and maneuver him.
